WYDOT presents annual transportation plan at Tuesday morning county commissioner’s meeting

Sweetwater County, Wyoming – On the morning of Tuesday, August 16, 2022, WYDOT presented its annual transportation plan. The presentation included both local and statewide projects made possible by the STIP plan. According to an earlier press release, STIP is a six-year program of existing and planned statewide projects approved by the transportation commission. Presenter Pete Stitchcomb detailed project and location funding. Stitchcomb is pleased to announce that no projects in Sweetwater County have been placed on the delay list due to funding issues or other issues.

The projects for the year 2023 will largely be a continuation and completion of this year’s projects with the addition of the project
