Kaufman County Commissioners Court July 21 Agenda Recap | Around the city

The weekly Kaufman County Court of Commissioners meeting was held July 19 at 9 a.m. in the Court of Commissioners meeting room in the courthouse annex.

The meeting first began with the invocation; pledge of allegiance to the American and Texan flag, followed by remarks from visitors.

After the invocation was the agenda of consent; discuss/consider accepting July 12 Court of Commissioners meeting minutes, discuss/consider accepting Star Transit ridership reports for June 2022, and discuss/consider accepting appointment of Amie Brink and the reappointment of Richard Murphy, Tammy Pargoud and Courtney Wortham to the Child Welfare Board.

Glenn Silva; presentation on the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program.

Tan Smith; discuss/consider approving the appointment of election judges, alternate judges, advance poll workers, polling station judge and alternate polling station judge, and central counting office staff for the period of submission 2022-2024.

Chuck Mohnkern; present/accept the Treasurer’s monthly report for June 2022.
