CITY OF WORTHINGTON PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REVISED DATE The City of Worthington Planning Commission will hold two (2) public hearings on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following matters: Conditional Use – Efrain Patino has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow him to use the existing building at 310 11th Street as a warehouse/storage space. Pursuant to Minnesota Law § 462.3595 and as set forth in Worthington City Code Chapter 155, Appendix E, the city requires that warehouse uses be permitted by conditional use permit only in a District “B -3”, the zoning of the property in question. The legal description of the subject property is as follows: NW 60′ of Lot 5 & 6 and All of Lots 7 & 8, Block 15, Plat of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota. Preliminary Plat – The City of Worthington is considering approval of a residential subdivision known as Glenwood Heights 3rd Addition on 30.49 acres of land the city owns located west of Sutherland Drive, north of Campbell Blvd and west of Buchanan Look. The flat would create thirty-nine (39) lots for residential development and three (3) Outlots, one (1) of which will presumably be subdivided in the future for additional residential lots. The legal description of the subject property is: Outlot I, Glenwood Heights Second Addition, City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 303 Ninth Street, Worthington, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. During the hearings, the planning commission will hear the staff report and the public testimony. and can take action.
