I grew up in Sussex County and spent most of my years in Wantage Township. I attended our local elementary schools and graduated from High Point Regional High School. I have been married for 25 years to my wife, Christina, who is a special education teacher at Hamburg Primary School. We have three sons and make our home in Frankford Township. I have been a member of Local 825 of Operations Engineers for 20 years.

I began to serve in our community by training my son and his teammates. During this time, I created municipal sports programs and established scholarship funds. I served on the local parks commission, spearheading the addition of two new sports fields. I thought establishing the only American Veterans Memorial in my hometown would honor the legacy of our brave men and women in uniform.

In 2018 I was elected to the Township of Frankford Committee and in 2020 I became Mayor. During this time, I was able to reduce and stabilize taxes. In February 2021, I was elected to the Board of Commissioners to fill the vacant position of former free owner Joshua Hertzberg, where I now sit on the NJTPA Board of Directors and serve as a liaison with the CWA, Musconetcong Watershed, Attorney’s Office, Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, Partnership for Economic Development, Clerk’s Office, and Acting as Planning Council.

1. Help businesses recover from the Covid-19 pandemic through the allocation and distribution of funds from the Federal American Rescue Plan: Sussex County businesses are the backbone of fiscal stabilization and provide support to our residents have a variety of different resources and services to keep Sussex County safe. , vibrant and prosperous place to call our home.

2. Support our county employees: These are the people who consistently prove the results of our taxes. It is very important to me that we are able to both hire and retain a skilled and talented workforce to continue the amenities that we have here in Sussex. County employees deserve good salaries and solid health benefits so they can afford to raise their families right here in the communities they serve.

3. Improve infrastructure: Roads, bridges, guide rails and broadband Internet access are hallmarks of a thriving community and what taxpayers expect to do with their tax dollars. . Improvements and maintenance must continue, and I will work tirelessly to make these upgrades happen.

Sussex County is a county where many travel long distances for their jobs. Commissioners must support safe roads, strong employment opportunities, access to technology and broad and reliable goods and services that allow Sussex County to be a place where we continue to lay our heads at night .
